Look out!

The turnstones have made their return to the beach from their summer breeding locations.  A small group formed close to the incoming tide foraging in amongst the seaweed and turning over the stones looking for food.  This bird got caught out when a rogue wave came in and splashed over the rocks, but it leap out of the way so as not to come to any harm.
