Crested Tit posing about

I never tire of hearing the distinct trill of the crested tit, for such a small wee bird, it’s call fairly resonates through the forest.  You then wait with excited anticipation of it making a guest star appearance to the site.  March time is the beginning of the end for seeing these beautiful little birds as they leave the dependence of the feeders to go high into the tree canopies looking for their food. They then look for their nest site and won’t see them again until next winter.
