On Reflection

Description

I had not photographed in the Glencoe area before, so stayed for a long weekend and hoped the weather would be kind enough to allow me to capture some images.   On this morning there was no wind, a fresh dusting of snow on the hills and the loch was just slightly frozen. I could see the weather was moving in so had to move fast to seek out the best compositions for the conditions that were presented.  This image was the last one I had taken that morning and I just love the start of a rainbow forming with the oncoming rain.

I was really surprised that all the iconic locations are close to the road, so I would love to go back and get off the beaten track to seek out other compositions.
