Take Evasive Action
The purple sandpipers and turnstones were foraging for food in amongst the seaweed which was brought in from an incoming tide. I was lying on the beach when a rogue big wave came in which resulted in the birds taking evasive maneuvers to get out of the way. Thankfully I chose a spot that meant I was able to stay dry and capture the action.
