Feeding Time

Whilst out for a walk with the camera, we came across a group of swallow fledglings sitting on the fence post.  There was sufficient natural cover from bushes that allowed us to wait patiently for the adults to return to feed their six hungry chicks.  The parents were working tirelessly and made sure that each chick got a share of it’s catch.  It was facinating to watch and the adult would take just a split second to feed the chick.
