Morning Blues

Sango Bay, Near Durness, Scotland

Description

I had visited this location once in the summer and has endless images to be had.  As I stood on the beach and soaked up the suns rays I noticed how the tide moved in and out creating an s curve around the rocks.  I took some images at the time but wanted to go back again with a different tide.

I was back again in February.  By taking a long exposure I wanted to accentuate this curve.   It was vital to create sufficient separation and had to ensure the tide was right so there was enough water flowing between the rocks.  I will be back again to see in I can perfect on the shot.
