Open Wide!

This hungry little chick was being fed by both parents, who were working tirelessly to feed two successfully reared chicks.  It was a warm April and May with rain too!  So this meant that there was plenty food for the parents to gather.   They were very attentive and experienced parents and made sure their chicks had the best start in life.
